Without Mayvor
Tasks and decisions scatter across conversations. Completed work loses its context, and progress needs manual updates.
About
Mayvor exists to help builders move from ideas to outcomes. Projects, tasks, workflows, and tools are important, but the destination is what we make possible through them.
The problem
Every project begins with something someone wants to accomplish. Mayvor brings people, tasks, and coding agents into one connected workflow.
Tasks and decisions scatter across conversations. Completed work loses its context, and progress needs manual updates.
Agents help organize tasks and maintain steps. Current and completed work stays in a local database, with Cloud for backup and collaboration.
How it works
Start in Desktop, give agents task-management skills, and connect Cloud when you need backup or collaboration.
Add Mayvor setup to the project so any coding agent knows how to plan, update status, and keep the board trustworthy.
Point Mayvor Desktop at one or many projects. Board, Tasks, and Activity refresh as the agent works — offline-friendly and multi-project safe.
Link watched folders to Cloud projects for invites, shared dashboards, and org Orchestrator activity across repos.
Principles
Coding agents update the project board as they work. They never call Mayvor APIs — Desktop and Cloud handle sync for people.
Board signals stay with the work. Desktop and Cloud are the human surfaces for visibility and sync.
Planned → in progress → in review → done. Blockers stay visible without dumping chat onto the board.
Scan project health without noise: clear status, short notes, and surfaces that stay out of the way.
Who it’s for
For individual developers, vibe coders, and teams who want help organizing and completing work.
